John--> Isn't it amazing? Jon does some really powerful and creative art at his site...always gets me thinking.

Hill--> Excellent advice for your girlfriend Hill. There's always time to do something different but staying put seems the way to go until the next step becomes more clear and you're ready to take it.

Eliz-->I laugh alot of the craziness of it all even while I realize there's little humor in any of it while people are suffering, and as I see the effects of people's judgments on others, boy, what a reminder for me to be aware of those areas in life where judgment might pop up in my own heart, words, and attitudes.

It would be almost amusing if it didn't hurt so many people that some people actually think that they know what God wants for everyone else rather than just asking for God to work in each persons life as He WILLS. The arrogance that I or anyone else can decide what God's will for everyone else is Idolatry. By that I mean it seems to me that I then am placing myself as God in determining what He wants, and judging His children.

So very true. My girlfriend is facing some major decisions and I tell her "if you don't know where to go, then maybe it is best to stay where you are at." Just meaning take your time and when you are ready for the change you will know it.
