A Bundle for the Bookworms
March 20, 2009
This afternoon I dropped off two cases of books at the nearby book store in exchange for what else but an in-store credit for more books. I’ve always loved readingĀ as in “Honey, it’s a beautiful day. Why don’t you put your book down and go play outside with the other children?” Right now I have a half a dozen books going at the same time and it’s fair to say my entire life changed right down to my DNA a couple weeks ago when they introduced a Kindle app for my handy little iPod Touch. Walking on water, the cure to polio, and a library of books in the palm of my hand. Miracles, each and every one.
I was charting out some future blog posts earlier today and until I set words to keyboard, here’s a selection of books that cover some of the topics you suggested, These are all books that have been on my shelf at one time or another and have had a powerful impact on my own spiritual development. There are hundreds of others but these are the first ones that popped into my mind.
