Tomorrow is the deadline to submit your entry in the First Ever Possibly Annual SisterFriends Writing Contest. I can’t begin to tell you how overwhelmed I am by the power and honesty of the 12 stories that have already been submitted and I hope a few more come in. I think what you would find in writing your story down is that not only will it inspire and connect with others but it will add something to the depth of your own journey. There’s something about putting portions of your life down in words that can bring little moments of brilliance and insight that might have slipped by in the living of it.

Please remember, we aren’t looking for the next great American writer. We’re just hoping to hear your story in your own words. You have an incredible gift at your disposal to share and please, share it with us. We’re eagerly waiting.
