For my American compadres, when you’ve eaten all the grilled hamburgers you can hold and your fireworks have gone up in smoke, here are a few links to keep you occupied over the Fourth of July weekend. But first, a little bobble-head music for your listening and viewing pleasure.

• By now you know I love my games and her are a few puzzle games to keep the brain cells clicking and here’s another collection of games including Bloxorz, my current favorite time-waster.
• Here’s a funky drawing sketch pad for you more creative types.
• Send some flowers to a special someone, for we all know that a rose is a rose is a rose.
• I’m assuming you’ve already met Norman the Mooing Dog but just in case…
• Here’s a photo and story montage that will have an impact on you one way or another.
• I was moved by this post over at Queer Messages by a straight man and how he was that he came to change his mind about gay people.
• Equally moving is this video about our trans-sisters, called Transgender: I’m Just Like You.
• And finally, who said lesbians can’t make babies? Okay, at least digital ones which I would imagine require a little less maintenance than the fleshed-out version, and allow you to sleep through the night.
