Former Amazon VP Joins Chewy’s Leadership Team
DANIA BEACH, FLA. – Mark Eamer has been named chief marketing officer for Chewy, Inc. The leading online pet retailer announced his appointment on September 30.
In his new role, Eamer will continue to expand Chewy’s marketing and customer engagement initiatives and capabilities, leading the retailer’s strategy, partnerships and analysis in these areas.

Eamer most recently served as Vice President of Advertising, Product and Media at Amazon, where he focused on the e-commerce retailer’s advertising campaigns on IMDb TV, streaming services, FireTV devices and Alexa. He joined Amazon in 2000.
In addition, he previously headed the US operations of Amazon Prime Video, overseeing the launch of several shows including “Jack Ryan” and “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” and managing several automated marketing campaigns for the media company.
Prior to joining Amazon, Eamer was Director of Marketing at Zillow.
