Sustainability: Durability is key. Often, women in their thirties follow countless diets and detox initiatives that cause them to lose weight quickly. However, it can reduce the body’s caloric intake, leading to loss of potency.

Health and happiness: A diet that does not make you happy and makes you lose motivation should not be followed. The main goal should be to merge healthy and happy together in a nutritious diet.

Stay hydrated: The body’s activity level is highly dependent on fluid intake. Keeping the body hydrated also helps maintain weight.
