Opting for high-fat dairy products will help reduce this disease in the future
A study found that there may not be many benefits to choosing whole dairy products for your family. Mom is always watching out for her family’s health, which means making wise choices with the food she eats. She wants to make sure her children have all the nutrients they need, without calories or unnecessary ingredients.
This means that she reads the labels of the foods she buys very carefully and can follow current trends. One of the biggest trends is to buy low-fat items, and it definitely seems like the right choice for anyone who wants to lead a healthy lifestyle.
According to the findings of the study, a A new study has found a link between low-fat dairy products and Parkinson’s disease. This means mom may want to opt for the full-fat options when it comes to the dairy products she serves her children.
The study was done by Harvard University Chan School of Public Healthand it can be read in full here. He found that consuming too many low-fat dairy options can lead to a future that includes a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
The more you eat, the more likely you are to have it. The study found that someone who eats a low-fat dairy product daily has a higher risk than someone who eats it once a week. Although it seems like a healthier option for families, mom may either want to go back to a high-fat diet or limit the amount of low-fat food her family eats.
To reach this conclusion, the researchers looked at data from a 25-year period. This included data from over 80,000 women and 48,000 men. During the study, more than 1,000 people had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. They looked at the dairy products that everyone ate and they found the link between low-fat dairy products and Parkinson’s disease. In fact, low-fat dairy products led to a 39% increase in the likelihood of them developing Parkinson’s disease.
When mom takes care of her child’s health, she must think long term and not just the immediate. She needs to make sure she puts them in place for a healthy life and a low risk of developing certain diseases. While mom can’t control everything, she can work on controlling what’s in her power. The good news is that whole dairy products have absolutely no increased risk of neurological disease.
