Pregnancy is the most beautiful journey in a woman’s life, very real yet surreal, joyful but a little intimidating, culminating in another life with unlimited potential for themselves and for others. The changes a woman goes through and the effort she puts into the nine months help her to take advantage of this time and do her best for the best result. A woman’s experiences and mental health during and throughout pregnancy are of the utmost importance to the well-being of the mother and her child. It is a key time to take care of the mind and mental attitudes of mothers.

Pregnancy is the continuation of healthy well-being in the head and healthy in the body. The focus should be on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
